It is possible

The meditators bring consciously the state of deep sleep/rest while practising with their eyes closed in silence. Everytime, we blink try reminding ourselves to trust the silence, the flow of nature and total unlimited potentiality of the unknown available to us. If we harmonize ourselves inwardly with the outward and go with the flow of the moment, living fully in the present, fully alert, awake and conscious, we can bring that meditative state to everything that we do - in work, rest and play.

That means non-thinking, non-rationalization, non-analysing. Complete trust and surrender to the moment. Giving ourselves fully to the present moment. Thoughts slow us down, ... feel and sense more. In fact thoughts are only needed when they can serve us, otherwise the mind chatter can be put aside. Do not entertain your thoughts.

Entertain that which brings, peace, harmony, joy and kindness to yourself and others.

Smiling, laughing, enjoying life fully, without any worries. Without any thought, doubt about the past or future. Eternity is now. Past or future are linear and are not necessary in the moment. For it is in the present moment that creativity exists. It is in the present moment that bliss and enthusiasm for life exist.

Do not be afraid of non-understanding. Befriend it, befriend vulnerability and helplessness. For in it, we learn to trust. Not using our own effort but using and trusting the collective intelligence of all beings around us. If we are friendly enough with the unknown and the mysterious, there is nothing to fear. Facing all our fears and issues, slowly, step by step we witness them as illusions as they come and go. Nothing lasts forever. Be the witness to our own anger, distraught, fear, negativity and doubt etc ... and the further we distance ourselves from these debilitating attributes the more we realize they have no hold over us.

Mind and ego really can be dissolved. We are all one. One with nature. One with all living beings. Harmony, peace and bliss above all else. Working together as one life, one big organism.
